BodyTalk Session

A BodyTalk Session is a natural way for the body to heal itself. It is health care designed by your body. Every system, organ and cell are in constant communication with each other but they may become broken when we feel stressed, or a major event happens in our lives. Bodytalk can help by finding the priorities for your mind and body; therefore, finding the underlying cause of your physical ailments to help you with your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. BodyTalk will take your mind and body out of the fight or flight and back into the rest and heal/rest and repair.

What does a BodyTalk session look like? You will lie on your back taking deep breaths, as we find the priorities for you using muscle testing. We use the protocol chart to find the priorities for your mind and body. Then we will do a technique if required and tap out the head to facilitate the change, tap the heart to save it in the body and tap the gut to digest/assimilate.

Distance BodyTalk - We as BodyTalk Practitioners work at the Supermental level so we work the same way if you were physically in front of us or not. We are trained to use our MindScape which is a BodyTalk course. We use this tool to observe and find the priorities for your mind/body. We can do over the phone or a recording.


Lymphatic Drainage

I see it like a spring cleaning for the body, it is to get the interstitial fluid moving in the body, it is the fluid around your cells that is picked up by Lymph vessels that eventually become lymph. It is a light massage or movement of the fluids over the abdomen, groin, neck, clavicle and axilla (armpit).

It can help with swelling, detoxication, decrease in joint pain, weight loss, increase in energy, sinus drainage, regulation of bowels, increase immunity. It is great for anyone who may be experiencing symptoms of pelvic congestions like endometriosis, ovarian cysts, period pain, irregular period, poor drawing of lungs or heart, arthritic symptoms or chronic inflammation.

As we do this technique we may find a priority to release an emotion so we may tap it out like in a BodyTalk session (Head, Heart & Gut).

Raindrop Technique

This is a technique that includes a lot of essential oils being applied in different sequences. This is a technique that I can’t compare to massage but can be something in addition to your regular massages. The feet and spine are the main areas the oils are applied to help gently detoxify using Valor, Oregano, Thyme, Basil, Cypress, Wintergreen, Marjoram, Peppermint, Aroma Siez, along with V6 Massage Oil (Vegetable complex to dilute) and Ortho Ease Massage Oil. I will only ever use Young Living Essential oils as they are pure quality assured by the amazing Seed to Seal process.

Cortices Technique…

You can do the Cortices Technique on yourself or your close family. This technique helps balance the right and left hemispheres of the brain, calms and relaxes the mind. Then while tapping the head, heart and gut; taking some nice big deep breaths will open up your whole diaphragm to open up your chest area. The big deep breaths are a scanning tool for the mind to talk to the body. Please click on the video below to see how this technique is done. Do this technique anywhere from 1 - 4 times per day.
